Is there any likelihood that Dextroamphetamine/Dexedrine may be causing chronic fatigue syndrome?

No, that is not possible .

In fact, A pilot randomized controlled trial of dexamphetamine in patients with chronic fatigue syndrome demonstrated that Fatigue Severity Scale scores improved in nine of 10 patients on dexamphetamine and hence concluded that Dexamphetamine may be useful in the management of chronic fatigue syndrome.
