I have been so significantly tired and fatigued for so long that I have considered going to the hospital. Is there any specific doctor who can help me address my various lifestyle habits, medications, hormones maybe, and things to try to help me get some energy back into my life?

I have felt like there is no hope left for me with how chronically fatigued and unmotivated I've felt the past 6.5 years of my life. I can't help how I need higher SSRI dose for OCD/Anxiety, yet I'm stuck in a do I reduce the SSRI dose to help fatigue and increase my OCD/anxiety or do I leave the SSRI at the higher dose for Sertraline at 150 mg and then just let the fatigue continue? I have tried 31 psychiatric medications now for my ADHD/OCD dual diagnosis and with low testosterone and adrenal fatigue I'm at my wit's end trying to manage hormone health with mental health!!

Thank you for asking at Ehealth forum!

I read your question and I understand your concern.
I would suggest you to have psychotherapy and consult nutritionist for dietary management.
I hope it helps. Stay in touch with your healthcare provider for further guidance as our answers are just for education and counselling purposes and cannot be an alternative to actual visit to a doctor.
