Hello i had cholinergic urticaria for a few years and then it disappeared for about 2 years and now its come back and it came back at the start of 2017 and has really ruined everything antihistamines dont seem to help i thought if i exercise everyday it might help if anyone has any help it would be really appreciated thanks!

Cholinergic urticaria are hives that occur in response to heat and sweat. For the flare antihistamines like hydroxyzine and Benadryl can help. Avoid heated places, wear loose clothes,take frequent cool showers and avoid stressful situations.
