My child fell down in school when another child pushed him. He got a large bump on his forehead. Have applied ice and it has reduced but not gone completely.. Is there anything else i can do ? Is there anything to worry. In the past also, he got hit by the table and developed a bump on head which has gone.

Welcome to ehealthforum,
The ‘bump’ that you describe might take 48-72 hours to come down (depending on extent and depth of injury. Continue to apply cold packs, look out for signs of changes in the ‘bump’, development of dizziness, nausea, blurry vision, vomiting, increasing headache etc. Get him examined by his doctor/pediatrician at the earliest to rule out serious issues.
Take care.
