My sister went to a couple of doctors who told her she had chicken pox. She got treatment. She has had chicken pox for at least three months. She had a biopsy to see if it could be somthing else and was told it could be luekemia. I am very confused. How can someone have chicken pox for three months. And how could it turn into leukemia?

Chicken pox does not last for 3 months...she needs to get another opinion...

Chicken pox would not turn into leukemia ... as from the sound of it she never had chicken pox...misdiagnosis.

Has she had any tests to confirm or rule out leukemia?
