I have been having pain and fullness in my stomach and chest area for a few months. I thought it was acid reflux but I just had an endoscopy Wednesday, everything checked out normal. I've had blood work done, only thing that came up was low vitamin d. I've had an EKG, normal. I get pain in my left chest area that radiates to my left upper back. When I lay on my back I have constant pain that is in my middle back across both shoulders. So many tests, but nothing shows up abnormal.

Thank you for asking at Ehealth forum!

I read your question and i understand your concern. Don't worry with normal test labs IBS and stress are the likely differentials. Modify diet and lifestyle, visit our IBS health center for further guidance. Small frequent meals, avoiding spices, cola beverages, processed food etc.

I hope it helps. Stay in touch with your healthcare provider for further guidance as our answers are just for education and counselling purposes and cannot be an alternative to actual visit to a doctor.
