Chest pain for over three years

I am a 50 year old female. Three years ago I lifted 10 pound weights above my head doing an exercise video. Since that day I have a tender and painful spot in the center of chest and it radiates around the right breast area. Pain when moving arms breathing at times. Had ct scan of chest, normal findings. I have had heart checked, liver and gallbladder checked and lungs checked and all normal. What could cause this issue? Rheumatologist says my rib cage on right side is slightl6 sunken and my shoulders roll forward, I also broke left shoulder in 2003.

Thank you for asking at Ehealth forum!

I read your question and I understand your concern.
Persistent pain inspite of relevant normal investigations points towards somatoform pain disorder. I would suggest you amitryptyline to combat this problem.
I hope it helps. Stay in touch with your healthcare provider for further guidance as our answers are just for education and counselling purposes and cannot be an alternative to actual visit to a doctor.
