Change in birth control , colostrum

User Profile
Can a change in birth control cause colostrum? My youngest is almost 3(I have 4 children) I just switched from Implanon to Tri Sprintec pills 5 days ago. I was on antibiotics a few months ago too. Took a test and it was negative. I'm just a little nervous because I've had dry breasts for a good 2 years now and am noticing when I'm not wearing a bra they are leaking again? I have not been around any infants. What could be causing this? I've had horrible heartburn, cramping, nausea and headaches too(which I know can be from the birth control). Please help.
