chances of getting pregnant in future days?

I am 23 years old & have irregular period from last two month .me & my husband planning to have baby.we are visited to dr & my 17 day report is
Right ovary-11
Left ovary-18
Endometrial -7.4 mm
Ia there is chances of getting pregnant in future days?
Kindly give us suggetion.

I read your question and I understand your concern.
I must say you there are lots of factors that decide the chances of getting pregnant.The most important among them,is the normal cycle rhythm. You have to achieve it to get pregnant as a normal cycle denotes you are ovulating normally.
However,these ultrasonic features are not very reassuring as for an effective ovulation the size of the ovary must be 18-25 mm in mid-cycle. But this findings are corroborative with your symptoms.
So,finally,meet a gynecologist for an opinion.It is difficult to achieve pregnancy while having an irregular cycle.
