I'm just curious if anyone else likes drinking chamomile tea at bedtime. I think it helps me. Does anyone else drink chamomile tea at bedtime as well to help get to sleep?

It can be helpful in insomnia and anxiety. Its also used as an alternative in patients with interstitial cystitis or overactive bladder especially if tea or coffee are irritating the bladder.

Yes, chamomile is a great, natural herb to calm mind and body. Lemon balm tea is also good, it has a stronger calming effect.
