I have the diagnose cholecystitis (3 pigment stones from 1-2 cm large) My question is if I can take cayenne pepper as a supplement not for the gallbladder but for my blood circulation, will this trigger a gallbladder attack or not? Does anyone has any experience?

I am not aware of any serious medical research data that suggests (1) that cayenne pepper will harm your gallbladder or (2) help your circulation.
