Catching up after missed pills ?

I missed 2 pills, without even thinking i took them both and havnt taken todays yet.. tomorrow if i take two pills again to catchup in the packet and then continue to take them normally after that will this effect anything?

Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum.
Take today’s pill as indicated, and continue the rest of the pack without missing pills in between. Missing 2 pills in a row puts you at risk for pregnancy as you no longer remain protected. It is better to use additional form of birth control (condom/spermicide) if having intercourse until you finish with the current pack and get your periods. Start with the next pack as instructed and be regular in taking the pills to ensure protection.
