I have had 5 episodes within the last 2 1/2 months just like the caseinator regarding nausea, wild dizziness, violent vomitting, and major impulse to poop. Only difference is that I did not get diarrhea, just soft stool as I am always constipated. I have retrieved two whitish flatish oval pods from my stool. One size like an almond and the other Size like a narrow pumpkin seed. I have seen others that were flushed. Also sent to the lab for diagnosis, results came back negative. Again, negative for what? I have another pod ready to be analyzed, and holding out for my gi appointment in October. I fear my next episode is just around the corner. I usually get these episodes at about 3 in the am. I have limited dairy for many years especially the products with carrageenan (red algae) that they add. I saw it labelled in writing on a package of chicken the other day. This is bad stuff for my digestive system. I have also had gastritus in the past and always feel like food never moves through my system fast enough. I find when I dont eat, I feel so much better. I am normally a healthy person and do a lot of exercising and walking. I dont know what triggered my first vomitting episode, but 3 of the 5 times I did have some fried food, the other two meals were very healthy. When I have talked to drs in the past about my stomach issues I always walk away feeling that they don't have a clue. I also went to allergist and he told me that I had no allergies. I feel the drs are not listening or they just dont know! I have become extremely sensitive to pine trees and others as I do a lot of yard work. Constantly getting steroid shots because of uncontrollable rashes and itchy throat, etc. I am at a loss of where to go for help.

Thank you for asking at Ehealth forum!

I read your question and I understand your concern.
Your symptoms are consistent with gastritis. I would suggest you to have H Pylori stool antigen analysis. If it was positive then start H Pylori eradication therapy otherwise proton pump inhibitors are sufficient.
I hope it helps. Stay in touch with your healthcare provider for further guidance as our answers are just for education and counselling purposes and cannot be an alternative to actual visit to a doctor.
Take care
