Hello
i have a bump on my backside of palm which is the bone Trapezoid bone in palm.I punched wall few days ago palm was swollen for 5-6 days and then the swelling was gone but this bump is still here what to do?
i dont feel pain wheather the wrist is straight or not but when i try to do handstand that bump and area around it hurts so badly

I read your question and I understand your concern.
It is most probably hematoma and will take time to resolve. Warm compression and pain killer is required to combat this problem.
