User Profile
for a while now i've seemed to be suffereing from stress and anxiety, i can't stop thinking about the stuff that makes me worry and it's starting to really get me down that i can't seem to fix my problems no matter how hard i try.

Thank you for asking!
Ups and downs a re part of life. ALl you are having is a simple psychiatric rough phase and it is normal. all you need is a little rest and some psychotherapy sessions and get some vocational and recreational therapies to help. It happens to everyone and there is nothing to be worried about. Just get some burden over from your chest and let it out.
Take care
