A red painless patch appeared on the end of my tongue in what seems like overnight. It's been 2 days with no apparent change. I'm 18 and I dont smoke but I do drink on the weekends. Is this cancer?

Thank you for asking at Ehealth forum!

I read your question and I understand your concern.
I would suggest you to use topical antifungal like miconazole and look for the response. If the problem persists then it could be pre cancerous lesion.
I hope it helps. Stay in touch with your healthcare provider for further guidance as our answers are just for education and counselling purposes and cannot be an alternative to actual visit to a doctor.
Take care
