cancerous? can malign lymph nodes reduce in size?

I have a quite a hard lymphnode above my collar bone and also a soft lump under my armpit. The hard lymph node has reduced in size after takin amoxicillin for a week but is still very prominent. Kindly advise on if these symptoms can be cancerous and can malign lymph nodes reduce in size automatically?

I read your question and I understand your concern . Not every swollen node is malignancy. As you mentioned reduction of nodal size woth use of antibiotics clearly highlights their inflammatory nature and not a malignant one.

Just stop worrying for some thing you don't have.
