can you identify this skin problem? no pain or harm caused.

Doctors, can you identify the skin disease i am suffering from? I am really frustrated and annoyed by them. They appear in red and white color and make me look bad although there is no pain and harm caused.And what can I do to get rid of them? They have been lasting on my skin for years.

The condition described appears to be multiple papules or macular lesions and these can be caused by various conditions including - milia, stucco keratosis, keratoacanthoma or xanthogranulomas.

The exact diagnosis can be confirmed with a physical examination only.

Hence it would be recommended to consult a dermatologist at the earliest.
