Welcome to e health forum.

In your case, since the cyst is located not exactly within the heart, but on the accessory lobe of the lung, or in the pericardium, there is no immediate danger to life.

First you need to undergo a CT scan and a Echocardiogram to know the cardiac functioning as well as the exact anatomic details of the cyst.

Based on the findings, specific treatment measures may be decided. Hence you should continue to work with your doctors for proper advice and treatment.

I hope this helps
