Welcome to ehealthforum

Uterine Tuberculosis is silent disease and may not show any symptoms therefore it is difficult to diagnose. It can cause Menstrual irregularities, pelvic pain, vaginal discharge, fever etc.It can almost delay the menstrual cycles also in some cases.
Since Biopsy is a very confirmatory test and rest all other tests are normal it seems that you are suffering from Genital TB itself. It is absolutely safe to take ATT for cure as that is the only treatment and is very effective also. The duration of treatment can range from 6 to 9 months depending on the disease extent.Start the treatment so that its further spread can be prevented. The disease can spread to even Fallopian Tubes, damage them and can effect fertility also.
Consider visiting a Gynaecologist for evaluation
Hope it Helps,
