Can the Spleen reattch to stomach after it is seperated?

Hello all I am new to this forum but needs some help.

For years I would have severe pain on my left side. Doctors thought I was crazy up until last year. I had a hernia surgery last year that was when they had found my spleen had attached itself to my stomach and they had to separate it in order to get to the hernia and I ended up bleeding out.

Well now the pain has come back on that same side... Full force!!

The thing is they only found the issue not by a ct scan but by going in. I do not know what to do.

Any suggestions?
