Can the herpes virus survive in vinegar?

Can the herpes virus survive in vinegar? For example if someone with a cold sore grabs something from a jar like pickles or jalapeƱos?

Vinegar has natural antiseptic, antibacterial, antiviral and antifungal properties and hence it is not possible for infections to be spread to individuals sharing vinegar bottles.
