Can't shift feelings of dread and spaced out feelings

Hi, I think I am suffering from anxiety resulting I think in fear of something seriously wrong with me. I'm 37 and this only started in the last few weeks. Now I have chest pains, a spaced out feeling that makes it almost dangerous to drive, heart palpitations and wanting to cry all the time. I worry I'm ill on top of that but can't tell if anxiety is making my body feel worse than it actually does. I feel like I'm trapped like this forever now. Really I just want someone to tell me it's normal and it's going to be ok

I also have a really heavy feeling at the top of my chest, again, don't know if this is anxiety or something worse. Never had anxiety like this before

Hello and welcome to EHF !

I went through your query and i believe its anxiety and personality disorder. You need complete psychiatric evaluation and management accordingly. Anxiolytics, psychotherapy sessions will help.

Take care
