Can't Lose Weighti is latuda or my age working against me

I'm 38 years old and frustrated because I can't lose weight. I'm 5'3" tall and 165 pounds and people tell me all the time that I'm fat and need to lose weight. I'm on L atuda and was wondering if it was this medication or my age that was working against me losing weight.

Hi,
Welcome to ehalthforum,
Weight gain that you describe could be due to various causes. Do not ignore your symptoms. If worried, consider taking opinion from an endocrinologist. Be in regular monitoring and follow-up with your treating doctor/endocrinologist and report any new/abnormal symptoms immediately. Take adequate rest. Drink plenty of water. Maintain healthy diet and lifestyle.
Take care.
