Can't get pregnant - endometriosis ?

I have irritable bowel syndrome, I have painful periods (not extreme), but at times sharp pains for a matter of seconds, and my period is also irregular. I get it for 3 days, it stops for a day, and comes back for 2 days.
I have been trying for two months to get pregnant, have been watching my BBT, using ovulation tests, and have a clear idea of my cycle. Im NOT getting pregnant even though I am making sure we have sex everyday on all the vital days! I am trying not to think too much about it but I am aware that I am young, 22 years old, and should be at my most fertile state. My husband is healthy, I've even read about checking the consistency and amount of semen he has in case the problem is him, which i dont think it is. I know Im like every other girl who says shes dreamed her whole life of having kids and blah blah blah but i really feel like my life is about to fall apart. I feel i have some of the symptoms of endometriossi but my dr. just did aphysical on me and didnt mention anything.
Can you please give me ANY advice, thank you.
Megan

I'm not sure what you've read about checking quantity or consistency of semen but those are factors that determine fertility. If you're both in good health save your IBT, and you've been trying for a few months without concieving, I'd have his fertility checked before assuming that you have Endometriosis.

Has your OBGYN determined what the cause of your sharp pains is?

Megan, Be patient. A woman does not get pregnant every time she has sex during her fertile time. Only about 33% of women will be pregnant from baby making sex during every cycle. After 12 months, only 87% of couples will be pregnant.

Keep on trying and keep it fun! Remember to keep things healthy. Your egg begins to mature 3 months before ovulation. So any bad habits during that time can cause less than optimal fertility.

Best of luck TTC!
