can sperm survive water and saliva?

My bf ejaculated sperm in my mouth and soon after he cleaned of his penis with water and dry it with tissues and towels.i myself rinse my mouth with water and after about 15mins, we den started kissing and he licked my vagina.
Isit possible that i could be pregnant whereby the sperm survives water and saliva and transfered over to his mouth to my vagina. Thr where no insertion into the vagina made. Pls help

Welcome to this forum.
Sperms are very fragile object and they couldnot survive the long path which strats frim his penis to your mouth then to his mouth and finally your vagina!!! This seems like a Worldtour performed by walking in barefoot.
Just relax.There is no possibility of pregnancy at all by this act.
