Can Schizophrenia symptoms be present in foreign language?

I suspect that a friend has Schizophrenia. When I speak English to him, many symptoms are present. But when he speaks in Spanish, he seems to be more clear. I am worried because his parents only speak Spanish, and I don't know if he displays the same symptoms while speaking Spanish. and I want to make sure he gets the help he needs if he is Schizophrenic.

That is possible... Like when I speak my native language
More symptoms are present than in English... Because I
Think I know English better than my native language and I'm more comfortable with it... More like
There are lesser critics present while
Talking inin English... SoSo your
Friend seems more comfortable talking
In Spanish probably because he's
Comfortable with his family...
