can pancreatic cancer spread to ovaries

I am year and half off chemo , on my last Ct to check for reoccurrence of pancreatic cancer an ovarian cycst was discovered. could my pancreatic cancer have spread to my ovaries after surgery? I have an IUD I am 40 years old and not had a period in 10 years or more and not sexually active

Yes, tumor cells from pancreas can spread ro ovaries.
Most of the ovarian cysts are benigns, but as you have history of pancreatic cancer, malignancy should be ruled out.
Feature of malignant cysts include solid consistency, infiltrative pattern and bilateral involvement among others.
Kindly consult your treating oncologist.
