Welcome to ehealthforum,
At times periods can be considered as a stress by your body and it can lead to rise in blood pressure, other problems etc. Consider monitoring your blood pressure daily (and note it down as record) to see if there are fluctuations in it during period time or during midcycle time (when hormones are at peak levels). Visit your treating doctor/gynecologist for further assistance and management.
Take care.
