Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
Avoid taking multiple hormonal contraceptives at a time unless medically indicated/prescribed. Avoid self-medication. Visit your doctor/gynecologist for further evaluation, clarification and assistance. If UTI has been detected, and if you are on antibiotic use, use non-hormonal birth control measures as back-up protection. If you want to switch over to birth control pill use, then you may start taking the birth control pills about 2 weeks prior to your next scheduled Depo shot date. For further clarification and assistance, visit your doctor/gynecologist.
Take care.
