Can I rely on water when it comes to reducing cellulite?

Can I rely on water when it comes to reducing cellulite? As many blogs that I have saw majority said it can give a big improvements. I don't have enough time to go to the gym for any cellulite burning training. Is there another way without going to gym or can I rely on eating alone to reduce my cellulite? Any replies will be appreciated. Thanks ahead!

Welcome to ehealthforum,
Water does play a role in reducing cellulite. Consume alkaline foods, drink plenty of water, incorporate fresh fruit juices in daily routine, fresh salads also help. Try detoxifying the body. Skin brushing and massage help to increase circulation and better removal of cellulite. Exercise a lot as sweating also helps expelling toxins. For further clarification and assistance, visit your doctor/dermatologist.
Take care.
