It started off as a cold then I got a real bad fever for a couple of hours then I went back to normal and only my nose is stuffy. My lower back been hurting and I been having real bad stomach pains. I been real gassy and my chest been hurting and I've been feeling the need to throw up. Its only been four days since I had unprotected sex.. Can I even have symptoms this early? Plz help

Welcome to this forum.
You may have some common cold or something like that.It is not possible to have pregnancy symptoms within four days of unprotected sex, if it has any chance at all.
I suggest you to wait till your next cycle date for confirmation regarding your pregnancy.
