can i ask to have my ovary removed...

User Profile
was wondering what does it mean when I have a ultrasound and they said there was a cystic structure in the endometrium 3-4 mm on the ultrasound that was abnormal but the radiology wasn't sure if it could be a interaurinal pregnancy or a cyst. Thing is I had my tubes tied a year ago. I have been ggetting horrible pelvis pain that is stabbing and sometimes shoots down my leg. I have been in pain for about a year with these signs. I have noticed I get so very tired all the time. I will be walking and have to stop dead in my tracks because the pain in my pelvis and back hurts like crazy. I've had ovarian cyst like 2 or 3 times a month each month I been having bladder infections, kidney stones and kidney infections... Uti.. When I use the bathroom I have the runs I don't know when the last time I actually had a normal bowel movement. I get very dizzy at times during the day. And hot flashes I am 27 and already have 2 kids is there any way I could possibly ask to have my ovary removed...

Thank you for asking
That cystic structure could be an endometrial cyst and need to be clinically correlated. Ovarian cysts need management use pharmacotherapy and if need be surgical drilling etc but don't think right now about removing them . getting you pregnant is not their only job.
Constipation is related with ovarian cysts and will relieve with its etiology cor re ecru on. Plenty of fluids and diet lifestyle modifications with symptomatic management till then.
Uti and cystitis needs coital and toilet habits rehab. Clean hygiene and cranberry juices and minimal manipulation and intake of garlic with plenty of fluids needed.

Take care
