can anyone tell me about keto diet and other diet programs

Weight loss problem is common nowadays, everyone wants to fit body they always desired for. Most of the people I have seen are either bored with so-called diet plans, and expensive exercise sessions or has done everything and now tired of all these things. I really want to know about the keto diet in details, if there is anyone who is familiar to this or has any kind of knowledge about it would be appreciated.
