Can anyone help determine what is wrong?

I've had symtoms for a while now, which has got worse, I am frequently passing wind almost all the time, have trouble going to the toilet more constipated but changes alot, sometimes feel like I need to go and I don't. A few weeks ago I found some blood in my stool which really worried me.. and sometimes find discharge. I also get a Sharpe pain in the left side of my bum, especially when sitting down, one time was so painful I could barely stand. This pain comes and goes but can be very painful. I sometimes have lower back pain and have started to get headaches. Also have ichyness around the anus at times. I am starting to get very worried what this could be. I am 21, female. If anyone could help it would be much appreciated, or have any idea of what this could be Sad

Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Cause determination in this scenario requires workup in consultation with a gastroenterologist. The abdomen should be examined to look for any pain, tenderness or visceromegaly. An ultrasound of the abdomen and pelvis should be advised along with Complete blood count, liver function tests stool for ova and parasite and urinalysis. Digital rectal exam and fecal occult blood testing should also be done.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
