Calculating fertile dates ?

Hi,
We are planning for kids.we can get the pregrnancy in between the 10 days - 17 days of cycle. Here how can we count day-1, it means period first days or we will consider the day-1 as after completing the bleeding.

akhila, Yes, your first day of menstruation is your first day of your cycle. You ovulate between 12 and 16 days BEFORE your NEXT menstruation.

Learn the signs of your body when you are fertile. The most obvious one is normally the clear, wet and very stretchy egg-white like cervical mucus that you can feel and see at your vaginal entrance. That can help to confirm your calculations.
