Bump on fourth toe that won't go away

Hello,

I regularly walk and sometimes I have gotten blisters while walking and running on my toes and now I apply Vaseline to avoid frictions but there's a small bump on my fourth toe. I think initially it appeared cos of the excessive friction and all but it's been weeks and it doesn't pain at all unless when I walk for an extended period or when I touch it hard or when the fourth toe and fifth toe are both pressed together then there's a sort of uncomfortable feeling cos of the bump.

I don't know what this could be....a corn, a dead skin or what?

Please see the image that I have taken. Pretty hard because of the place.

Thank you guys.
