I would eat normal meals and sometimes a bit more.. although straight after breakfast i go to the gym and spend up to 3-4 hours cardio burning it off. Then after tea time i will go back to the gym working about 2 hours more to burn that all off also. I do this every single day and often it is all that i do in a day and i arrange all of my plans around the gym. is this a form of bulimia?
