I started having a bulge in my right inguinal area on the 10th.Since the it has gotten bigger .It gives me pain when I bend over and I started having pain in my right upper thigh area.Is this a hernia and should I see my primary care physician soon?

Sure it is inguinal hernia. and you should see a surgeon for the proper management of hernia. It will need eventually a surgery. but meanwhile if you are not ready for surgery there are some conservative treatment available mostly consist of hernia belts. You can also purchase one online.
