I have a bite on my leg, it’s red with a white spot of what I assume is pus, round the outside is a ring purple bruise. What is it should I be worried ?

I read your question and I understand your concern.
It seems infected with staph aureus bacteria. Apply topical antibiotic like mupirocin or fusidic acid and look for the response. Also check fasting blood sugar.
