WELCOME to e health forum.

If the complete blood count is normal, then the likelyhood of having leukamia, (where the Leucocyte count would be elevated to extremely high levels) - would be very unlikely.

Easy bruising and bleeding from the gums can be due to various causes including bleeding disorders (platelet dysfunction), coagulation disorders, connective tissue disorders, vitamin deficiency, nutritional disorders, etc.

Liver disorders (as in your case) can also affect the coagulation functions and hence result in such symptoms.

It would be recommended that you consult with your doctor and seek a proper opinion .
