Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
The discharge that you describe could be indicative of hormonal derangements, increased Prolactin levels, etc. It is common to see discharge from nipples in sexually active women. Sometimes it can also be suggestive of pregnancy (if you are sexually active and not on any form of birth control). Breast cancer in your age group is rare (it is seen in age group of 30-60 years with peak incidence between 50-60 years). Get yourself examined by a gynecologist to look for the exact cause. Get started on appropriate treatment as indicated by examination and investigation results.
Take care.
