Welcome to ehealthforum,
Your symptoms could be suggestive of possibility of pregnancy. Wait and watch for your next periods. Look out for development of any other new symptoms suggestive of early pregnancy. If you suspect to be pregnant, consider visiting your doctor/gynecologist for further examination (to confirm pregnancy related changes/signs in body) and blood/serum HCG level test (to confirm/rule out pregnancy accurately). Take adequate rest. Drink plenty of water. Maintain healthy diet.
Other possibility of having brown discharge could be possibility of infection. If infective cause is suspected, go ahead with visiting your doctor/gynecologist at the earliest for examination and get a vaginal swab/smear test done (on the discharge) to identify causative agent and get started on appropriate treatment as indicated. Drink plenty of water. Avoid vaginal douching, use of harsh soap or perfumes in the area. Use loose cotton undergarments and avoid tight fitting clothes.
Take care.
