Welcome to ehealth forum.

The need for dialysis depends on the severity of the kidney disease and laboratory indicators of the renal function.

If the condition is advanced and the kidney functions have been irreversibly reduced , then the only possible life saving option would be measures like regular dialysis or renal transplantation.

The best thing to avoid them would be to pay attention to your health, and seek proper control of conditions like hypertension, diabetes, etc which are the main causes of chronic kidney disease.

Consult a nephrologist for a proper opinion.
