Brown Discharge, First Period?

Okay I'll get right into it. I'm a teen and I haven't yet gotten my period. For the last day or so I've been having brown discharge. Then when I wiped with toilet paper the paper turned a light pink. I also noticed some mucas and blood in the toilet. Is this my first period or do I just have a cut or something? My village has been feeling very dry but I don't have any period or pms symptoms. The discharge is pretty watery and light. It's not enough to require a pad or anything, what should I do?
Thank You

This is not truly a cycle but can be an initiation of it.It can be a bloody discharge and that is common in adolescent phase while the body is preparing to menstruate. So, do not worry.Just relax and keep the area clean.
