Broken condom after Nuvaring

I was on nuvaring for 9 days, when we had intercourse the condom broke, i took a plan b after 3 hours and a week and a half later got my period. 3 days after it ended i took a cheap test and it said negative. Now my breasts hurt after reinserting a new nuvaring, what are the chances that i am pregnant?

Thank you for asking at Ehealth forum!

I read your question and I understand your concern.
Nuvaring starts to provide protection from 7 day onward. So, you were safe already. However, you have also taken a plan B and this means you are doubly protected. Do not worry. There is no risk of getting pregnant and the symptoms you are facing is due to the high hormonal content of the plan B.
I hope it helps. Stay in touch with your healthcare provider for further guidance as our answers are just for education and counselling purposes and cannot be an alternative to actual visit to a doctor.
Take care
