Welcome to ehealthforum,
The symptoms of spotting, dizziness, nausea, headaches, disturbed sleep, could be few of early symptoms suggestive of pregnancy. If pregnancy is suspected, look out for development of any other new symptoms. Wait and watch for your next periods or observe the current spotting. If you do not get your periods within 10 days of expected period dates, or if you develop any other new symptoms, or if you get abnormal periods, you should consider visiting your doctor/gynecologist for thorough examination (to confirm pregnancy related changes/signs in body) and blood/serum HCG level test (to confirm/rule out pregnancy accurately). Be in regular monitoring and follow-up with your treating doctor/gynecologist and report any unusual/new/abnormal symptoms immediately. Drink plenty of water. Take adequate rest. Maintain healthy diet.
Take care.
