foul smelling gas, bright red blood and some darken blood with bowel movenment. pain on the left side too.

From the history provided here, presence of left abdominal pain, Bright red blood in stools, and foul smelling gas could be due to a Dysentry, Diverticulitis, peptic ulcers, intestinal polyps, inflammatory bowel disorders (ulcerative colitis), etc.

You might benefit by getting a stool test, as well as a ultrasound of the abdomen to know the exact cause of your symptoms.

In the mean time, taking activated charcoal will help to reduce your issue of bad gas, and Taking probiotics and digestive enzyme supplements will help with indigestion.

You might consult your doctor or a gastroenterologist for the above tests and further management.
