Hi, I am 24 F, I am facing breathing problem when I do some light activities like walking. The condition become worse when I get cold. Could someone please guide me how should i handle this?

I read your question and I understand your concern.
There could be several reasons behind this problem of yours. It could be due to anemia which leads to decreased oxygen supply to body and hence breathlessness, could be asthma in which lungs cannot take in enough oxygen.
It can even be a respiratory infection which are fairly common in cold weather.
