Welcome to the ehealthforum and I am really glad to help you out.

The symptoms which you have described are seen in pregnancy and thus will suggest you to get the urine for pregnancy test done to rule out pregnancy.

In case, that’s negative, the serum beta HCG test can also be done for the confirmation or ruling out pregnancy as it is a much more sensitive test than the urine test.

Most of the miscarriages which occur during the first trimester are usually due to genetic abnormalities and some of the causes can be hereditary but it may not always be the case.

Patients who have ITP have increased chances of other autoimmune abnormalities like antiphospholipid syndrome which can be one of the causes of miscarriages.

Thus you should get evaluated for the autoantibodies like Lupus anticoagulant or anti-cardiolipin antibodies.

Please do consult a physician for the same. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.
